A day in your life with us:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition at IKEA Al Homaizi Group including leading innovation in this field.
- Create, implement, maintain and continuously develop our Talent Acquisition strategy including concept and frameworks, global structures, methods, policies, standards, rules and guidelines.
- Lead the Talent Acquisition team and support the Matrix.
- Be the senior thought leader and business sparring around the topic of Talent Acquisition
- Actively explore external and internal perspectives and intelligence in the Talent Acquisition field to stay industry-competitive and implementing changes when appropriate.
- Lead the exploration and development of digital tools and systems that can support an inspiriting, efficient and high quality Talent Acquisition Process.
- Ensure that all our markets are in line with the mandated ways of working to secure quality, consistency and where appropriate compliance, in the execution of our Talent Acquisition framework and policies.
- Lead our organizational wide communication around Talent Acquisition to support awareness, inspiration and engagement for all key stakeholders.
- Analysis of our talent acquisition data to create insights and better decision making.
- Ensuring that we have succession and talents to meet our business needs both current and long term.
- Engage, gather commitment and align with key stakeholders within People & Culture and other functions, such as Sustainability, Communication, Risk Management and Business Navigation & Finance.
Qualification- Proven evidence of Talent Management experience (minimum 5-8 years) or in closely related disciplines
- Minimum of 10 years of Human Resources experience
- Experience from a managerial position with global assignments
- International work experience in a multicultural environment
