A day in your life with us
Reporting to the Home furnishing & retail design Manager, you offer design solutions based on a product or a combination of products to improve life at home.
- You master the store layout, customer flow, our visual identity and our business media to best position the business strategy and vitality.
- You challenge yourself and your team to strengthen the IKEA brand while exceeding customer expectations.
- You follow market trends and work on store vitality with other functions to capitalize on business opportunities.
- You recruit, develop, motivate and lead your team, with the support of the Home furnishing & retail design Manager.
