Know and understand the customers’ shopping behaviour, retail trends & life at home and use this knowledge to provide the relevant solutions for our customers
Ensure that sales and profitability is secured through sales steering and range efficiency to maximise growth
Know the key barriers and facilitate an easy buying process for my customers.
Provide feedback to secure commercial opportunities in a multi-channel environment and work actively to help sell in all channels
Ensure that area of responsibility is in excellent shape as new, fully stocked and that a high level of merchandising basics is always in place.
Take responsibility to achieve the goals set for my area of responsibility
Contribute towards improving the customer experience in the store and maintain a high level of service standard with a “First time right” mindset
Conduct/Support product knowledge trainings for co-workers related to a product range
Ensure Balance operational excellence in daily operations to enhance the easy buying experience in line with commercial review requirements
Support a customer-friendly and efficient execution of the payments, exchange & returns and click and collect process
You have proven ability to quickly find solutions for customer and operational issues thus meeting the goals for ”time to resolve”;
You have the ability to align customer needs and expectations with business needs.
You have the ability to communicate with various levels of co-workers from different functions;
You have a good knowledge of systems and tools and are able to train co-workers on how to use them.
